Welcome to a space of growth and healing. I’m Jenny Saladino Bradley, a Licensed Professional Counselor – Associate, committed to providing support for individuals and families. My approach is rooted in person-centered therapy, blending Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT) to address issues such as anxiety, self-esteem, burnout, stress, and perfectionism. I graduated in 2015 from Louisiana State University with a pre-med undergraduate degree, originally aspiring to become a pediatrician. However, my desire for more direct interaction with clients led me to pursue a master’s degree in Clinical Mental Health Counseling at the University of St. Thomas in Houston.

Trained in Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR), I specialize in working with young adults facing mental health concerns, including anxiety, depression, and life transitions. My person-centered perspective integrates CBT and DBT, providing a flexible framework tailored to each client’s evolving needs.

As a graduate of St. Agnes Academy in Houston, I understand the challenges high-achieving young adults face after high school and in college. Witnessing my clients’ progress as they develop lifelong coping skills is immensely gratifying.
